Fold & Store Dual Temp Griddle
Ingredients
For the sliders
1½ lbs wagyu ground beef
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder (optional)
Olive oil or butter, for greasing
For assembly
Slider buns
Sliced cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Pickles
Slider sauce or aioli (optional)
Directions
Preheat the griddle. Heat the bella® Fold & Store Dual Temp Griddle. Set one side to medium-high heat for cooking burgers and the other side to medium for toasting buns.
Form the patties. Divide wagyu beef into small, evenly sized slider patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
Cook the sliders. Lightly grease the hot side of the griddle. Add patties and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until seared and cooked to your desired doneness. Add cheese during the final minute to melt.
Toast the buns. While sliders cook, place buns cut-side down on the cooler zone of the griddle and toast until lightly golden.
Assemble. Build sliders with patties, fresh toppings, and sauce. Serve immediately.
