Directions

3. Add the Filling

  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the marinara sauce.

  • Layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

  • Add any additional toppings like olives, mushrooms, or spinach, if desired.

  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

4. Roll and Seal

  • Starting at the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.

  • Pinch the seam and ends to seal the stromboli completely.

  • Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.

5. Add the Egg Wash
