Holiday Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion periods. Nov 26–Dec 6, 2025 and Dec 14–Dec 24, 2025 (the “Promotion Periods”). Unless noted, all dates/times are Eastern Time.

2. Participating retailers. Offer available only at authorized retailers participating in the Bella Holiday Sale. Retailers determine final discounts, participation, and availability.

3. Discount value. Up to 40% off the regular price as advertised by each retailer. Actual discount may vary by retailer, product, and location. Prices and availability subject to change without notice.

4. Exclusions. Bella Slim-Toaster models [2-slice slim toaster and 4-slice slim toaster] excluded. Gift cards, replacement parts, and refurbished/open-box items excluded unless stated.

5. Eligibility. Applies only to select Bella products expressly marked on retailer sites/stores during the Promotion Periods. Not valid on prior purchases. End-user customers only; no wholesalers or resellers.

6. Combination of offers. Unless explicitly stated by a participating retailer, the promotion may not be combined with other discounts, coupons, rebates, or special offers.

7. Returns & exchanges. Returns are subject to the retailer’s policy. If permitted, any refund will be issued at the actual purchase price paid (after discounts), and may reduce or cancel eligibility for any bundled/gift offer.

8. Availability. Limited quantities; while supplies last; no rain checks. Offer is for end-user customers only and does not apply to purchases by distributors, resellers, retailers or other parties.

9. Errors. Bella and participating retailers reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, or promotional errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

10. Modification/termination. Bella and participating retailers may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these terms at any time without notice.
