Soft-Boiled Eggs with Toast and Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (or adjust based on your 7-egg or 14-egg cooker)

  • 2 slices of bread (white, whole grain, or gluten-free)

  • Butter (optional)

  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

  • Fresh fruit: orange slices and blueberries (or any preferred fresh fruit)

Directions

  • Prepare the Egg Cooker for Soft-Boiled Eggs: Use the measuring cup to add water to the “soft boil” line, pour it into the heating plate, and place the egg holder in.

  • Cook Your Eggs in the Bella Egg Cooker: Place eggs into the holder, cover, and turn on. Soft-boiled eggs will take 6-8 minutes for that perfect runny yolk.

  • Toast and Slice Bread: While eggs are cooking, toast the bread to your preferred level of crispiness. Butter if desired, and slice into strips (soldiers).

  • Serve with Fresh Fruit: After cooking, peel the eggs and place in egg cups. Serve with toast soldiers and your chosen fresh fruit, like oranges and blueberries.

  • Season and Enjoy: Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Dip the toast soldiers into the runny yolks and enjoy a simple yet gourmet breakfast.
