Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pancake or waffle batter (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 slices of cooked bacon

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • Non-stick cooking spray

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: lettuce, tomato slices, or pickles for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker Preheat the BELLA Snack and Store Mini Waffle Maker for about 2 minutes until the indicator light shows it’s ready.

  2. Make the Mini Waffles

    • Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.

    • Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the center of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat to make 4 mini waffles. Set aside.

  3. Cook the Eggs

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

    • Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook to your preferred doneness (sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled).

  4. Assemble the Sandwich

    • Place one mini waffle on a plate as the base. Top with a slice of cheese, cooked bacon, an egg, and another waffle. Repeat for the second sandwich.

  5. Serve and Enjoy

    • Serve immediately, garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles for added flavor. Pair with fresh fruit or a cup of coffee for a complete breakfast.
