Fluffy Herb and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (or more for a larger omelet, using the 7 or 14 egg cooker)

  • 1 tablespoon milk or water

  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)

  • Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or green onions), finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Mixed salad greens for serving

Directions

  • Prepare the Omelet Mixture: Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or water, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.

  • Set Up the Egg Cooker for Omelets: Pour water up to the "omelet" line into the egg cooker. Place the omelet bowl inside.

  • Cook Your Omelet in the Bella Egg Cooker: Pour the egg mixture into the omelet bowl. Add cheese and herbs on top. Cover with the lid and turn on. The omelet will take around 7-9 minutes to set perfectly.
