Crispy Garlic Bread with Parsley and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of crusty Italian or sourdough bread

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Directions

  • Toast the bread Place bread slices in the bella 2-Slice Slim Toaster and toast until golden brown and crisp (medium-dark setting recommended for the best crunch).

  • Make the garlic butter In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well until evenly combined.

  • Spread and season While the bread is still warm, generously spread the garlic butter over each slice. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and red pepper flakes if using.

  • Serve hot Serve immediately as a side dish, appetizer, or a cozy snack. Pairs perfectly with pasta, salads, or soups.
