Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs (scale up using the 7 or 14 egg cooker)

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Paprika or fresh herbs for garnish

Directions

  • Hard-Boil the Eggs in Your Bella Egg Cooker: Fill the measuring cup with water to the “hard-boiled” line, add to the heating plate, and place eggs in the holder. Cover and turn on the cooker for 12-14 minutes. Cool eggs in an ice water bath for easy peeling.

  • Make the Filling for Deviled Eggs: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  • Fill and Garnish: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika or fresh herbs for a finishing touch.

  • Serve Your Deviled Eggs: Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature for a perfect party appetizer.
