Flip & Store Waffle Maker
Ingredients
2 cups waffle batter (store-bought mix or homemade)
Butter for topping
Maple syrup or honey
Fresh blueberries (or your favorite fruits)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
Directions
Prepare Waffle Batter: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter or oil. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
Preheat Waffle Maker: Turn on the bella Fold & Store Waffle Maker, and lightly grease with non-stick spray or butter.
Cook the Waffles: Pour waffle batter into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until waffles are golden and crispy.
Serve with Butter and Syrup: Place waffles on a plate, top with a pat of butter, and drizzle with maple syrup or honey. Garnish with fresh blueberries or any fruits of choice.
