Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup of milk (whole milk for creaminess, or your preferred milk alternative)

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and break it into chunks for easy blending.
