Air-Fried Gnocchi with Pesto and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ⅓ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer Set your bella 4QT Slim Air Fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 3 minutes.

  • Season the gnocchi In a medium bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  • Air-fry the gnocchi Add the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside.

  • Toss with pesto Transfer the hot gnocchi to a large bowl and gently toss with the basil pesto until evenly coated.

  • Serve and garnish Plate the pesto gnocchi and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan. Add fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of heat, if desired.
