Ingredients
1 lb potato gnocchi (shelf-stable or refrigerated)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
Preheat the air fryer Set your bella 4QT Slim Air Fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
Season the gnocchi In a medium bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Air-fry the gnocchi Add the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside.
Toss with pesto Transfer the hot gnocchi to a large bowl and gently toss with the basil pesto until evenly coated.
Serve and garnish Plate the pesto gnocchi and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan. Add fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of heat, if desired.
